Non-Woven Geotextile
As a geotextile distributor, we supply this non-woven type, which resembles a fabric carpet and is generally sold in white. Our local product is made from high-quality 100% polyester (PET) fibers. It is produced in a continuous process, in which the fibers remain unbroken throughout manufacturing, resulting in geotextile of good quality that is stronger than other non-woven PET products.
Functions of Non-Woven Geotextile
Our geotextile is processed with the latest equipment and technology to deliver a high-quality material for your project. Continuous Filament (LS) non-woven geotextile can be used for reinforcement and stabilization of soil subjected to heavy vehicle traffic.
As a Filter
Geotextile can be used for filtration to prevent soil particles from being carried away by flowing water. Because it is permeable, water passes through the geotextile without washing out soil particles. Projects that use geotextile for filtration are typically subdrains (subsurface drainage).
As a Separator
Geotextile can act as a separator by preventing one material layer from mixing with another. Projects that use geotextile as a separator include roads built over soft or muddy subgrade. Geotextile also stops mud from pumping up into the pavement system, so the road structure is not easily damaged.

For Stabilization
Geotextile is widely used for soil stabilization in construction, for example in embankment and slope reinforcement projects. With this material, the soil structure remains stable.
Concrete Curing
Road construction generally uses concrete, and burlap sacks are often used to cure it. Geotextile can replace burlap for concrete curing because it helps prevent cracking or damage while fresh concrete cures.
