Gathering Petra & Elmoz 2026: A Day in Our Life
How much fun does the Petra & Elmoz team have together outside office hours? While you usually see our full dedication behind the scenes delivering the best services and products, this time we want to give you a glimpse of another side of our big family.
On March 28, 2026, all Petra & Elmoz employees held our annual gathering with an exciting theme: “A Day in Our Life”. This theme was chosen to represent our dynamic, highly collaborative daily life, which is always colored by a spirit of togetherness. This gathering went all out, as we split it between two main destinations offering different experiences: the natural charm of Pari Island and a glittering evening at Aston Hotel Pluit. Come and join the fun!
Exploring Nature on Pari Island
Our “A Day in Our Life” adventure began with fresh air and crashing waves on Pari Island in the Thousand Islands. Far from the hustle and bustle of the capital and our desk routines, this first destination was specially designed to refresh our minds while strengthening the bonds between employees.
Team Building & Snorkeling Fun
As soon as we arrived on Pari Island, the agenda kicked off with super fun team building activities. These games, which tested both laughter and concentration, were much more than just a bit of fun. You could see firsthand how every division mingled, broke down barriers and worked shoulder to shoulder to plan strategies for winning each challenge. The teamwork we usually build when completing company projects was now put to the test on the beach sand!
After plenty of games and teamwork practice, the agenda continued with snorkeling. Exploring the clear waters of Pari Island and greeting the beautiful coral reefs below the surface was incredibly relaxing for all participants. Floating together in the sea while joking around truly became an “A Day in Our Life” moment the Petra & Elmoz team will not soon forget.
90s Nostalgia at Aston Pluit
While we spent the day sunbathing and braving the waves, the evening atmosphere changed dramatically into a stylish night of nostalgia. Leaving the beach, the gathering group continued to Aston Hotel Pluit. This was where the highlight of our get-together took place. Interestingly, every employee wore a 90s-themed dress code.
Fashion Show, Games & Gala Dinner
Walking into the hotel ballroom felt like stepping into a time machine. From grunge looks and old-school celebrity denim on denim to colorful accessories typical of 90s youth, everyone went all in! That evening’s elegant, warm gala dinner was filled with laughter thanks to a 90s fashion show. Representatives from each team strutted like professional models, showing off their best outfits on stage.
The atmosphere grew even livelier with a series of interactive games testing team chemistry, followed by the most anticipated moment: the door prize draw. The cheers of employees taking home attractive prizes became a happy melody that rounded off the sweetness of the evening.
Recognizing Our Best Employees
Behind all the laughter, jokes and eccentric styles that night, this gathering was also a stage for recognition. Petra & Elmoz management understands that the company’s growth and success depend on the hard work of every individual within it. The event therefore closed with an awards session for our Best Employees.
These awards are the company’s sincere thanks for the dedication, innovation and outstanding performance shown throughout the year. Emotion mixed with pride filled the room as our colleagues’ names were called to the stage to receive their awards.
More than just a trip or a costume party, the “A Day in Our Life” gathering reflects the work culture at Petra & Elmoz. We believe a happy, solid team that feels valued will always be ready to give its best to the company and its clients. Fully recharged after this event, we are ready to keep moving forward, create innovations and deliver the best service.
